Fish for dinner! This trout recipe was adapted from Barton Seaver’s amazing cookbook For Cod and Country. Delicious recipes that all feature seasonal, sustainable seafood. Everything I’ve made from it has been great, and it’s got lots of good info for anyone who wants to learn more about choosing sustainable fish to eat and cook.
