Spring Breakfast Inspiration: Farro with Egg & Asparagus

There’s nothing more delicious than fresh local asparagus in the spring. This recipe couldn’t be easier: leftover farro (my new favorite grain! It has such a great texture) topped with sauteed asparagus and an over-easy egg. Sprinkle with chili powder, paprika, sea salt, and cracked pepper. Drool and enjoy!
