Birthday bundt cake for Jilly!

I made this chocolate bundt cake from 101 Cookbooks over the weekend for Jill’s birthday. It’s delicious! I subbed half of the butter for coconut oil, and used white whole wheat flour and and whole wheat pastry flour for the batter. I also took Heidi’s suggestion and used more of the stout instead of buttermilk in the frosting. Now off to use up some rhubarb…
