Summer in a cup

Liquados de sandia are my favorite way to eat watermelon. I was introduced to this delicious drink during a day trip to Suchitoto, El Salvador and it couldn’t be easier to make:

1. Place watermelon slices in blender
2. Blend
3. Sip and enjoy!

It hasn’t exactly been too summery around here lately, but I made one of these last week when it was actually nice and hot out. Break these out at your next BBQ!
