Hello! I am a sustainable food advocate, yoga instructor, foodie, nutrition geek, artist, avid traveler, and hummus fiend. I live in the quaint historic city of Portsmouth, NH with my boyfriend, Ben, and our Redbone Coonhound puppy, Remi.

I eat a mainly whole-food, plant-based diet supplemented with local, organic grass-fed beef, pastured chicken and eggs, raw milk, and ghee (okay, a lot of ghee and eggs). That’s what you’ll find in most of my recipes. Soon, I will be a Culinary Nutrition Expert certified through Meghan Telpner.
